Independent restaurants, bars, cafes, and venues join together as a purchasing collective, giving small operators access to benefits that only large employers could previously negotiate.

Tilton came back to Louisiana deliberately. Two degrees of separation from nearly any entrepreneur she’d want to learn from, and an ecosystem willing to make introductions that actually move businesses forward. For a company building national infrastructure from New Orleans, that proximity has real compounding value.
